How to Install libdpm1 software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

libdpm1 software package provides Disk Pool Manager (DPM) libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libdpm1

libdpm1 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libdpm1 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdpm1 *

You will get with libdpm1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
